Our work with CareValidate.
CareValidate is a U.S. white-labeled telehealth platform that lets businesses launch their own direct-to-consumer telehealth brands. JBMED has worked with CareValidate since 2021.
About the platform
Brands on CareValidate sell prescription care and medication online, with patient intake, prescriptions, pharmacy fulfillment and care workflows handled by the platform.
JBMED supports this work as a physician-led KPO: we handle the clinically informed case work behind the platform, from accommodation requests and lab orders to chargeback disputes.

- AccommoCare case managementEmployee workplace accommodation requests for U.S. companies, reviewed against their doctors' recommendations.
- LabCorp diagnostic test coordinationHandling and referencing the lab tests patients need for medicines prescribed by telehealth practitioners.
- Financial planning and analysisReconciliation and reporting on orders, payments, refunds and disputes.
- COVID-19 support, 2021 to July 2023Vaccination certificate validation, testing orders and contact tracing, where our work together began.

Monthly dispute cases rose from 27 in November 2025 to 5,274 in July 2026. DisputeOS let a team of 17 absorb that growth. We are now in discussion to extend our services to other merchant storefronts on CareValidate's platform.
