JBMED was founded in 2021 by a physician and a pathologist, each with four decades in medicine, and their daughter. We started with three young women, fresh BCA graduates from a local college, and the team has grown to 17.

Dr. Ramesh Chhabra
Founding Director
A physician with over 40 years of clinical practice, Dr. Chhabra established and managed a NABH-accredited hospital. He co-founded JBMED in 2021 and guides its direction and the design of DisputeOS.
Dr. Padmini Chhabra
Director
A pathologist with 40 years of experience and a co-founder of JBMED, Dr. Padmini Chhabra oversees the company's finances and brings diagnostic rigour to its quality standards.
Shipra Chhabra
Director
A co-founder of JBMED, Shipra runs day-to-day operations in India and with clients around the world, from case handling to client relationships.

Ombeer Sharma
Technical Head
Ombeer leads development of DisputeOS, including rule-based routing, deadline tracking, record matching and integrations with client systems.
Case and dispute resolution team
Analysts who handle AccommoCare and LabCorp cases and build each dispute evidence file on DisputeOS, through review to submission.
Simran Gulati
Dispute Resolution Analyst, Lead
Simran leads the dispute function, handling escalations, chargebacks and complex cases with a structured, evidence-led approach.
Aditi
Dispute Resolution Analyst
Aditi reviews transactions, gathers documentation and builds the case files that make each response clear and defensible.
Chetali
Dispute Resolution Analyst
Chetali manages case communication and follow-through, keeping every case on track until a response is submitted.

Since our first project in 2021 we have handled private medical information under U.S. privacy rules, and the platform is built around that.
